“My wife and I moved from another State and needed to register our cars. There are two big Tag companies in our area and I contacted them first. Big mistake. Both of them told me I need to get titles from the State I came from myself. When I asked for their help in getting the titles, I was told I am responsible for it and they don’t like getting involved in dealing with other States. I was disappointed to say the least. Then I found John through a Google search. He was great from the very first phone conversation. John assured me he will take care of it all and he did. At our first meeting, John called both financial institutions to get the right fax numbers to fax over a title request. Each of them took a long time and constant switching from one person to another, just to get the fax number. I believe it took John at least an hour to get it all done. With all this, John never got upset, never made me feel like I am taking too much of his time and never gave up until he got it done. The following week John called both companies again to make sure they are proceeding our title request. One of the them told him he was given the wrong number and had to fax it over again to a different number. It took John a full month to finally get both titles. If not for him, I would have to do it all myself. I highly recommended John. He is kind, helpful and a good person who loves what he does and it shows. John does not get upset when dealing with tough cituations and always makes sure his customers are treated well. John is small enough to care and big enough to get it all done.
