“Just got off the phone with them. Interesting stuff -- at one point I think I may have been speaking with a very natural sounding robot. Either that, or an older sounding woman with an incredibly creepy demeanor. I could feel her exaggerated smile and wide open eyes through the phone. Eventually though, I was helped by an actual person, and a lovely one at that! My only suggestion if you call: Have some patience. Their menu is a bit extensive and there are a few steps, so don't just go jamming on the 0 to get a human off the bat. Let me know if you get the same robot sounding lady, too.”
