“[Nov. 28 Update] The issue was resolved in two weeks after I posted this review. Anna explained her circumstance to me; she was not aware that State Farm did not process my claim, and she was out of office when I called. Although this whole event was somewhat frustrating at the end, I am glad Anna quickly followed up with her company and processed the refund. Therefore, I changed two stars to four stars. -- Nov. 7, 2018 original review -- She is an okay agent until you ask her to cancel the policy. I agree with other high ratings that she was patient and friendly when you purchase insurance from her. She was also quick in responding emails! However things changed when I informed her that I was moving out of the state and asked her to cancel my policy and send my refund. Anna said okay, but she never followed through. It's been 5 months since I asked her to cancel my policy. I tried to contact her during this whole time because I never received a refund. Now I am getting another 6-month bill, and she is not responding to my calls and email. In reviewing other reviews here, it seems like I am not alone. So be aware.”
