  We've been insuring our cars and home with Jim Reed for a few years and he's been a great service to us on several occasions. Each time we've reached out to Jim and his office, they've been very helpful and always accessible. As an example, when one of our university aged children was accepted to a summer internship not located on the mainland, within the hour of our call Jim assured us that our coverage extended to that region. That was a welcomed discovery for a situation that we didn't anticipate when we first signed with Jim and Erie.

  When I called in for Windshield help, after it was shattered by a run away Baseball, not only was I provided with the Safe Lite # I was also given my Policy # making my claim call so much easier...Since I didn't have to search for it. It is the Little Things! Well done Reed Agency, well Done!

  Reed found me the best rate possible and discussed all options. I highly recommend this insurance agency! I left Geico for Reed and couldn't be happier! :-)

  Just think it's good coverage for a good price. I like how the website is easy to use and if I ever have a question, Jim is there to answer it. Like giving an old friend my business too :)

  Reed Insurance has serviced me and my family for many years. Our sons kept Reed as their insurance company after they moved out of the house and started their own families.
