“I’m kind of surprised at all of the complaints that I am reading about the new branch. As soon as I got through the door, I was greeted and then assigned to someone to help me with my accounts. I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. Sure, it doesn’t look like your typical bank, but I love the new layout. I also like the fact that I can go to one person and they are now cross trained to handle various types of transactions. As for complaints that there is no privacy, that is not true. If you do not want others to hear what you are saying, there are private rooms that anyone can go to. The only complaint that I do have is regarding restroom facilities. In the former branch there was a restroom for men and a restroom for women. Now there is only one toilet available for all. That was definitely a poor move! I do have one suggestion… In the waiting area it would be nice to have a Keurig machine.”
