(November 29, 2018, 4:52 pm)I have been so impressed not only by Trillium’s coverage, but also by their customer service. I have never had to wait on hold for more than a minute and every time I have called, their employees have answered or solved my questions/concerns quickly.
Recently I had a representative conference call with me to my doctor’s office because their system wasn’t showing my coverage. She stayed on the phone with me for a long time as we got transferred all around until the situation was finally figured out. I am extremely impressed and extremely thankful.
(February 13, 2017, 10:39 am)so far they have been awesome. I get my prescriptions covered, no co pay. I don't need my insurance card because it can be looked up. no complaints so far but I need to get a new dr. since mine retired. I'll update later.
