(August 15, 2019, 2:40 pm)I have been with State Farm for many years, first with renter’s insurance, then added car insurance when I finally purchased a vehicle. I am happy to report that I have had great service from them in all the cities I have lived in. When I moved back to Eugene, I visited Anne’s office to transfer my services back to Oregon. I was met with a friendly staff and efficient service. I know many people have lots of issues with their insurance providers so I appreciate when a good one emerges. Due to State Farm’s great customer service, I have no plans on changing my provider.

She is one of the few agents in the area to have taken the time to write a personal profile on the State Farm website so you know more about her. I highly recommend Anne Malaythong.

She actually CARES about her customers and has always gone above any beyond to make sure im all set with anything i may need...she has a amazing welcoming office and is a great inspiration just to be around!!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND her to EVERYONE looking for good quality service!!!! I love this woman!!!! Thanks ANNE!!!!
