I have dealt with this company for over 10 years. The staff is professional , knowledgeable and courteous. Whenever I had a problem or needed additional information the response was prompt and caring. I would recommend them for the fine work that they do.
We have been with Buren Insurance Group for 10+ years. We have auto, home, commercial and umbrella policies. We have had some losses over the years and they have always walked us through the claim process and see the claim through until the end. They also periodically look for cheaper rates through their carriers. I would highly recommend them from a pricing and customer service standpoint!
We had so many great recommendations about The Buren Group, that we decided to find out more about them. That was almost 3 years ago. Everyone is always friendly and very helpful!
