  Donna who represents Erie Insurance in Medina is second to none! I am in my 60’s so I have had much experience with insurance and agents. Without a doubt, Donna has been the best!   There just is nothing negative I can say about The Insurance Centre Agency! We love our agent Aaron Dorksen, as he is always just a phone call away! He is honest and helpful and although he is fairly new to the insurance business, he is so knowledgeable and proficient! If he is unable to answer a question, he is not afraid to admit that, but promptly gets the answer! We have recommended several people to Aaron and he has saved each of them hundreds of dollars doing business with The Insurance Centre Agency, as we did! Aaron is always so kind to thank us for our referrals.... he even sent us a gift card to show his appreciation! We hope to do business with The Insurance Centre Agency, and Aaron Dorksen, for many years!

  Laurie was extremely professional and detailed. We are not the kind of people that bounce around to different insurance companies. We were forced to look for new insurance because we recently added a teen driver and the insurance company we had wanted to charge us a very large sum. I found Laurie and her company through the web and she took charge of our situation by taking care of all the price issues, policy aligning, and leg work. Laurie saved us a LOT of money! She has been the best insurance agent we have ever worked with!

  The Insurance Centre Agency always address my questions or needs either immediately when I call or very quickly right after. The agents handle my claims far beyond what I expect, almost as if the claim was their own personally..
