“I can't say enough about how wonderful Tusc Title Agency is! They went above and beyond to accommodate us. A mix-up on our realtor's behalf put us in an unfortunate predicament for closing and Tusc Title did everything in their power to correct the mistakes that weren't even their own. Everyone was exceptionally kind and efficient! We had quick response times with every inquiry, and they were extremely accommodating in terms of constantly pushing up our closing date. Even for getting us set up for closing, they offered to send someone to us (2 hours away), then scheduled to stay late for us since we would be in town, and eventually ended up getting us in about 7 hours early since our plans changed the day of closing. The closing itself was quick and painless. The filing and dispersing of funds was fast and smooth. We had many nightmares in the process of listing and selling our home, but Tusc Title was a high point in our journey as they finished the process smoothly and definitely eased some of our stress and heartache!
