“(Review with update)I have had a policy for my for about 12 years with this company. I have tried to contact an agent at the office in Holland, Ohio three times. The agent we started with is longer with the company. No one has returned my calls about questions I have about my current policy and questions about adding an additional policy. Very disappointed, just know if you are looking into a policy with this company, they may never return your calls. I am on my third attempt and had to leave a message on voicemail. Update from my one star review: I received a phone call the day I posted review. Since then had an appointment with Silvia at this office who was extremely nice and very informational. She answered all my questions and provided me with the information I needed.”
