  I have been a State Farm customer since I moved to America in 1998. Many insurance companies over the years have approached me to save money and offer better coverage.
  
  There have been two key factors that have fallen short. First they could not save me money and secondly if they did it was with less coverage.
  
  I have had the privilege of meeting Edwin Young. He is a personable and accommodating gentleman. It was nice to actually meet the person behind all of my insurance needs.
  
  Edwin's office team are nothing but helpful, available at all times and a pleasure to interact with.
  
  I am always confident when I call the office that I am going speak to an individual that will assist me in any of my needs.
  
  All interactions I have experienced with Edwin's office have been positive and resulted in achieving exactly what I wanted to accomplish.
  
  Beyond the usual car, motorcycle, home owners insurance and umbrella policies I recently had a house fire and State Farm has been there every step of the way.
  
  I have referred several of my colleagues and friends to Edwin's office. One of which was a loyal customer to another agency for 41 years.
  
  Once meeting with Heather Degler, he switched immediately. This person does not deal with change well, however, Heather and the support of her team made him feel so comfortable that it was a clear and obvious choice to change to a better option.
  
  So many thanks to all at Edwin's office. I appreciate the savings and policies. Most of all it is about the customer service experience. That is a dying art in this day of age.

  The Edwin O. Young III State Farm agency treats customers with respect, professionalism, and sincerity. The quality of product is by far top-notch, which is what you expect from such a wonderful staff and agent!

  We switched insurance from another major carrier. He took our existing policies to compare, gave us the same and in some areas more coverage and still saved us money! Edwin and his staff are awesome! Very responsive and quick to get back with me, every time I need anything. I have referred him many times all with positive results!

  We were very fortunate in being introduced to Mr. Young. We moved to Cincinnati 2 years ago had no idea about who to get for insurance. We were introduced to Mr. Young and are very happy with him and State Farm. The agency is very friendly and supportive. Had an accident a few months ago and they have gone out of their way to help and put me at ease. I would recommend this agency to anyone, they do more than insurance it's like a family.
