I met with Zach yesterday to discuss several topics. My experience started at the front desk with Joyce - what a warm greeting. She made my day. That was followed by a great discussion on personal Auto & Home Insurance, then followed by the "nickel; tour".
When I visit a business, i always assess the "smile factor". When everyone is smiling that means a lot. AND everybody greeted us with broad smiles and great attitude.
