“We had an INCREDIBLE experience with this office! We had some roof damage after one of the recent storms. We hired a roofing company to come and take a look and contacted our Wayne Wallace State Farm office in Goldsboro, NC. I was able to easily file a claim over the phone and someone came out to the house later that week. My roofer met the State Farm adjuster and they went up to the roof to have a look. The adjuster was able to evaluate everything right there. He wrote out the claim and then cut me a check for the total replacement cost of my roof (minus my deductible) all while sitting in my DRIVEWAY. I am very frugal with my money; however, even if State Farm is more expensive than ALL of the rest, I would still pay their rates to continue to receive the next-level service that I received during this claim! Some of my neighbors are still battling with their insurance companies, 6 months LATER! They are super jealous of my shiny new roof, while they still have tarps on top of their house!! Like the guacamole, State Farm is extra, but in all the right ways!”
