After the recent cold weather we all experienced in Elizabeth City, my lovely house fell to serious water damage. I was reluctant to make a claim at first fearing I would ultimately lose my insurance. However, when I contacted my agent, Kent Hill, he went right to work on my claim. Not only was my house inspected for damages in a matter of days -- not, weeks! I received a check almost immediately. I am so impressed with the team at NC Farm Bureau Elizabeth City. Kent Hill wrote an excellent policy for my house, and the customer service has also been excellent. Before, I explored FB, a friend recommended another company which I checked out first. Needless to say, I was not impressed with their customer service. Thankfully, I followed my instincts and came to FB. I happily give them five stars!!!”
