“My mother recently passed away and I just had so much paperwork and things to figure out money-wise with insurance money, 401k, her estate, etc. John spent 25 minutes on the phone with me explaining how to handle certain situations and answering any questions I had. He told me to come into the office to speak further. I went to set up an appointment (expecting to pay at least $100-$150 for an in-person meeting), and they told me that the first consultation is free with him. When I actually went to meet with John, he welcomed me in and made me feel completely comfortable. Since this was a free consultation, I wasn't sure what to expect, and figured he would make it be in and out quickly. Much to my surprise, he wanted to know everything about my situation and carefully reviewed each piece of paperwork I brought him.
