“What I love about the Haddon Agency is simply the fact that they did their job. I bought a second property, an income producing rental. The first three companies insured the property and dropped the policy. Each time I would inquiry the answers were the same. The property is vacant, the property is in need of repairs, the property was not insurable because its not primary housing. What i found out is that no one actually visited the property. Other agencies looked on line. The property was always rented since inquiring about insurance. So I praise Haddon agency that insured a renovated residence with all new windows, new gutters and downspouts, renovated interior and newly painted exterior. Also new landscaping, and new fencing.
