“Nebraska Land Title & Abstract handled the closing on a house in Lincoln that was part of an estate. As an heir to the property, I was to have been sent part of the money from the sale. Instead the personal representative filed a false document with the Saunders County Probate Court in Wahoo, Nebraska. The filing of May 5, 2014 stated that I had received the money which was more than $9,000. I phoned Nebraska Land Title & Abstract about this problem. They were wonderful. All information was provided to me to take action with the court to stop the theft by Annette Ruzicka and her attorney Thomas Klein in Wahoo. Thank you for your assistance.”
