Best costumer service they are always friendly and call you back right away when you call wanting a quote or an answer on something. Always beat anyone else's price on on insurance for me with either my cars or motorcycles. Give Eric a call he will do all he can to help you and you won't be disappointed.
Eric is AMAZING. He went above and beyond to help me and my family. I initially dropped by his office without an appointment and he helped me right away and answered all my questions. Eric made the process of switching insurances easy and painless.
Frankly, I've never had an insurance agent like Eric and his team is just as amazing. He is quick and easy... explains everything well, and gets you the best price. Insurance has always been a pain but for the first time in decades I have found someone that is local and is willing to work even at night. For example, last night he emailed me at 9pm just to ensure I had my son's new insurance ready for his new car. Who does that?! Never had an insurance agent do that before. I highly recommend him! In mid-November this year, there was a fire in the apartment that I had called home for 22 years. I called Eric the next day to ask about my renter's insurance and was given immediate care. He explained how the insurance works, and then stayed on the line with me while calling to start the claim. Once I was put in touch with the adjuster working with my claim, reservations were made for me at an extended stay hotel - I didn't have to make the call, I still haven't had to pay a dime, and I have been in the hotel for almost three weeks. Eric even checked back with me a few days later to make sure everything was going smoothly. Of course, my deductible will come payable sometime, but I haven't been asked for that during my most stressful time related to this event. As I mentioned to Eric in an email, he is an excellent representative of the insurance industry. In this case, he is in the wonderful business of being able to help people pick up the broken pieces of their lives and is in a position to help them mend their broken spirits in a safe place. I really don't know where I would be if I didn't have this renter's insurance and the wonderful service that came along with it from Eric! Thanks a ton, Eric!
