“I met Mark through a sales call for health insurance. I generally hang up on people who randomly call but for some reason I decided to give him a chance, there was a sincerity in his voice that wasn't just about making a sale. We were in need of a health insurance plan for our company and I had reached out to my current insurance rep, prior to Mark contacting me, so he definitely came about at the right time. My insurance guy at the time had been someone I had used for years but he just fell of the map and never followed up. Mark showed up at our meeting and I was impressed with his professionalism, honesty, and "down to earth" persona. He was not pushy at all and I could tell instantly he truly wanted to help us. He and his team were on top of it, they had a proposal back to me quickly that gave me multiple options. Insurance is not something to get excited about but having Mark as my go to guy, it has made it less of a drag to deal with. He left the company he was working for after about a year of us being with him, he moved to Daniel and Henry, because of Mark, I followed him to the new company, and I couldn't be happier. He never forgets about us and stays in contact without being annoying. Every year he comes out to meet with me to go over any changes in the healthcare plans. His knowledge of health insurance is invaluable to us. We are a small company that doesn't have time to keep up with all of the changes, he takes the guess work out of it and handles everything down to the paperwork, he even comes out and fills it out with me. I moved to Daniel and Henry for all of my insurance needs because of Mark's genuine concern for our company's needs. I feel as though Mark and the Daniel and Henry team are an extension of our company and I believe they have our best interest at heart and are always on my side.
