“Mark Quinnell is an incredible insurance agent!! We had a devastating house fire on Dec 23 last year....two days before Christmas. One phone call and Mark was there....yes, just like a good neighbor.....Mark was there. On Christmas Eve, before leaving for church with his family he made sure that my family was doing okay, that we were safe and warm, that we had a comfortable place to stay. He was calm and steady, reassuring, caring and kind....qualities we so very needed in that frightening and chaotic time. I never doubted that we were in the best possible hands. “Where do we begin to say how AMAZING everyone at Heartman Insurance has been with us.. Jessica Carlson has been extremely helpful with any insurance questions we have as well as so easy to contact and make changes (which we seem to be doing quite a bit of right now!). She is so prompt and through with even the shortest notices we give her. Our initial contact was with Israel Benitz and we felt so at ease with him and never once did he make us feel like we were asking dumb questions or being oversold for insurance coverages. Israel has always made himself available to us 24/7 by phone and social media as well. We really wanted to share an incident we had 2 years ago while i was staying with my dying father at the hospital, leaving Jim to be handling our business on his own until i could get there for the weekend. During his set up a storm hit and really wreaked havoc with our booth set up. I can tell you i never felt more stressed out and helpless.. ! When Israel saw my post on social media pleading for help from our friends close to jim to help him get our booth back together.. Israel IMMEDIATELY left his home/family and went straight to give jim a hand!
