Initially we approached her about a car loan and questions about mutual funds and have since expanded into planning for our future. Heather spent as much time with us as we needed and patiently answered all of our questions. She is honest, knowledgeable, easily assessable and trustworthy. Heather has encouraged us to think more broadly about our future financial plans and we now have our car insurance, home insurance, car loan and mutual funds through her. We hold her in the highest regard and would not think twice about recommending her as an agent.
(November 7, 2018, 11:53 am)Heather and Julia have been fantastic. They are always super friendly and helpful when I call. They are very accommodating as I was traveling with my dog and they took care of both of us as I was filling out paperwork. When I was ready to purchase my new vehicle, Julia was quick, friendly, and efficient so I was able to drive my vehicle off the lot day of purchase. Working with them gives me the piece of mind that myself and my family will always be well taken care of. If insurance stresses you out as much as it does me, I highly recommend their services.
(August 24, 2018, 6:11 pm)Heather and her team were great, saved me lots of money. I worked specifically Jonathan Jellinger. They were able to get me in quickly and were incredibly responsive. Jon spent time to meet with me personally (and chat music!), which doesn't happen often these days.
They were able to look at all of my insurance needs (from business owners to auto to home owners) comprehensively and save me close to $700/year! Jon was incredibly responsive, friendly and detail-oriented and made my insurance switch very smooth and a quick turn around. Great job to Heather and her team! Highly recommend going in and talking to them to see if they can save you some money. A very professional, solid group!
