(September 10, 2015, 8:00 pm)I got stuck in an awkward situation with no insurance, it seemed that no matter what documentation I could provide, I couldn't qualify for special enrollment. I ended up calling the Blue Cross and Blue Shield store in Edina and spoke to Nelson, he listened to me and together we found a way to get me insured. I was very stressed out about not having a good plan in case I needed it and being penalized financially for not having the right plan. I now feel stress free and very satisfied. They do a great job here!
(December 17, 2014, 12:44 am)Really nice experience this evening at the BCBS MN Retail Store. Nelson helped me update my plan and the changes will take place 1/1/2015. They've extended their enrollment deadline until the end of the year to help out individuals. FANTASTIC customer service, very HELPFUL and I feel like I've made the BEST decision for my plan based on all that are available. THANK YOU Nelson!!! We are lucky to have this retail store. Check them out!
