(December 22, 2017, 8:52 am)Karen is always on top of getting our issues resolved and has excellent customer service. We came to her with issues at another branch, unsure of if we wanted to stay with Allstate. I come to her all the time with silly questions and tiny things, and she handles them as if I am her only customer. I haven't had the pleasure of working with anyone else in the office yet, but if they are as professional as Karen, then I would recommend them to anyone.

I started way back with the original agent who in time, retired and these fine folks took over. I have nothing but high marks for each and every one that works there. No matter who I talk to, I get the best service, best answers and best results. I have had them go out of their way to get me something or an answer or an addition to my policy without a problem. Call them, let them give you a quote, then let them explain why it's the best one out there. From the best claims, the best repairs, from homes to cars, boats whatever you got, they'll help you get the best deal.
