Where this team truly excelled was after the sale, when I was most in need after having an auto claim while on 1000 mile road trip. I hit a pothole that ended up causing over $7000 in damages, but the hardest part was being stranded half way between home and my vacation destination. Sam and his team helped to take care of my needs and also worked with the claims department to see how else to move the process along faster. The trip was cut short and I headed home, but this team kept in contact after getting home to make sure the claim was moving along smoothly and that everything was handled to my satisfaction.
