  The 2 Annette's are the best. They are constantly trying to get better rates for their customers. Friendly and knows their stuff. I switched from meemic and have not regretted it one bit. Thank you ksp and both Annette's. I will be a life long customer.

  Clean office, easy to find. Parking is tight for full size veh. Never have waited more than 15 to see the agent.

  My grandfather lives across the street from me. He is 82 and we help him with a lot of his needs. He still drives (and does a good job) but he major complaint is that Allstate keeps raising his rates by a LOT every 6 months. For PLPD on a 2003 vehicle, he was paying close to $2,000 a year.
  
  I contacted KSP insurance and Melissa helped me. We managed to get my grandpa switched over; auto AND homeowners insurance; to one of the insurances that KSP brokers. My grandpa is now saving close to $950 a year on insurance. If you're a senior on a fixed income, that is a big deal.
  
  When we went in to sign papers, Melissa explained "some insurance companies work better with seniors, others don't. I made sure I found a company that is reasonable and works with someone like your grandpa."
