  I have been with State Farm many years, and so were my parents before me. With having had several claims of different types, State Farm's service has always been excellent. I will never swtich because I don't think a slightly lower fee is worth the trade off in service especially during stressful times. After being involved in a hit and run Susan's team helped to facilitate our claim. She stayed on the phone when ever I had to be sent to a different department or look for something on the State Farm website. I never felt confused or on my own. Her team was always there. Even when I was having difficulty with my check on my BANK'S end, they put in the extra work to resolve the issue when my bank left me hanging. Their efforts, made all the difference!
