(August 8, 2019, 9:52 pm)I'm so glad I shopped around. Find out I was very under insured and would have been at risk if something happened .Mike Mackay took the time to explain everything to be. I didn't answer many calls and he was very friendly and didn't get upset just kept calling me and sending funny emails until I just had to give my business to this nice young man .I referred by hospital colleagues to him. 1 year and no surprises! Thanks Mike for your help and patience I appreciate it so much .

(May 2, 2019, 9:22 am)I guess they have 2 offices one here in Rochester and in Clawson. I've dealt with a few of the guys/gals there and all of them are helpful. I especially appreciate them not transferring me around just because they weren't the ones who actually wrote the policy That makes me feel important! Great service been with them for 3 years and counting!

He assisted me with all the fine detailed as to my plan, opened my eyes and educated me then ultimately delivered! I have been letting my friends and family know and passing over his contact information letting them know that that can’t go wrong!
Was with my last carrier for 25 years, I believe this team here will be my last.
