(April 4, 2018, 12:57 pm)I recently switched to Winter Insurance Agency due to my rates going up at my current agency, and my agent not being super helpful with getting quoted with another company. My family is currently going through a very hard time -- and Cindy was right on it with getting us switched over, with a better rate, and was so kind and helpful to explain everything in detail so I understood what type of policies I was signing up for. I couldn't be happier with this company, and will be recommending them to my friends and family. Also - we use them for all of our business insurance needs - so they are wonderful with that as well! Angie handles our business renewals and has been incredibly helpful as well.
