  Due to an unfortunate gaffe with my current insurance provider, I found myself without Homeowners Insurance. Based on referral from a colleague, I called Kemp and within just a few hours they were able to process my application, fit in a site visit to my home and work through all of the other tasks needed such that I was digitally signing and submitting payment before close of business that same afternoon. I'm very pleased with the rate and the service! 5 stars.

  Best insurance agency in West Michigan. Awesome Rates. Great people. Very polite, Friendly and will go out of the way to help you. I'll never switch to another Insurance agency ever again. I saved alot of money when switched from AAA. can't believe how long i was waisting money on other agencies that overcharge.

  This is what a business should be like, friendly, helpful, honest and sincerely concerned with both your pocketbook and your needs. Steve is top-notch and we couldn't be happier with them. We have boat, life, house, cottage and car with them.

  These people are great! Never too much of a hassle, they take the time to make sure you understand the policy and options. My whole family gets all of their insurance policies through them. I have never had a complaint, nor heard any from the people I know. Real insurance companies not no name 7 day policy type stuff.
