“I've been insured with Lance Greer's State Farm team for the last 15 years (and counting). Years ago I moved away from Kalamazoo and the Richland area. He's seen me add a wife, new job, new house, start a family - offered us the right policies and coverages along the way - and even though we live on the other side of Michigan from him, we've stuck with Lance because he has a fantastic energy that is infectious and he truly cares about every one of his customers. We may not get to drive by & drop in on Lance as often as we'd be able to if we still lived near, but we feel like he is our good neighbor right next door. Fortunately we haven't had major claims, but he's been there - even with the minor things - to personally mail a reimbursement check for a tow truck to come out when my wife locked herself out. There was no "please wait 7-10 business days for your claim to be approved," or "45 minutes on hold with the claims dept," it was "Adam, how's the family? Bummer she got locked out - check's in the mail." Done. You might save a few pennies going with a cut-rate insurer with call centers on the backside of Mars, but I'd advise against it. Call Lance, and have him get you the policy you need with competitive rates & discounts to protect your loved ones.”
