  Shawn is quick to get back to me, and on top of that he’s patient when I have multiple questions. He breaks everything down and explains it so that I don’t have to question what’s going on with my insurance. Very pleased and will continue to do business with this company.

  Lenny was extremely helpful! He always followed up on whatever he promised to do. He is very knowledgeable in the insurance industry and I felt he was looking out for us being a new customer. The rates he provided were FANTASTIC. My husband and I look forward to completing the transfer of our insurance to the Janis agency in the next day or two. Would highly recommend them, customer service is top notch with quick response times.

  Extremely nice and friendly team. Very quick and easy coverage options and quotes. They are also active within the community and add to the small town Williamston atmosphere. One of the best businesses in town!

  Jason and his team are honest, professional insurance agents. We purchased our first policy 3 years ago when we moved here. Jason listened to our needs and I was able to purchase adequate coverage at a competitive price point for our home. When our auto needs came up for renewal we added our cars and our travel trailer. Since then we have had 3 auto claims including one total loss. In all instances the Janus Team was quick to respond - helped us navigate the claims process, and even met us at the rental agency to make sure we got a car - certainly above and beyond when it comes to service.
  
  As for ease and convenience - We have been able to research, apply for, and purchase coverage via phone and email for all of our policies. This is a major convenience factor that we highly value.
  
  Just this year we added our business liability and comp policies - leaving an agency we had used for this for over 25 years due to poor customer service. With Janus we were up and running with even better coverage in no time.
  
  If you are looking for insurance ....look no further...cuz these are the only policies that come with Jason, Lisa, Carmen, and Dominick!
