  This review isn't about one positive experience with Atlantic Insurance. It's about over 25 years of complete and total customer satisfaction. What Atlantic Insurance has done for me over the years goes above and beyond what you would expect from any company. Words like thorough, attentive, compassion, understanding and professional are merely the tip of the iceberg when it comes to describing their employees who I am now proud to call friends. Through years of conversation over the phone as well as office visits, I am always treated with a friendly greeting and a smile. These individuals truly make any experience as simple as possible with their impressive knowledge and over the top ability to help you feel at ease. I have referred many people to Atlantic Insurance and I will continue to refer many more. If you are looking for an insurance company that will treat you as both a customer and a friend, one where you can always speak to someone immediately and a company that truly makes you feel like your needs are not only a priority but are in good hands, please give Atlantic Insurance a call.   I have been working with Bob Gallery and Atlantic Insurance for over 10 years to insure my home and automobiles. Bob has always gone above and beyond in every way. Always looking for ways to help keep costs down, while providing the best coverage. As we have worked through a few claims (home & auto), the communication and advice was prompt and attentive. Bob truly cares about his clients and it shows in the way that both he and his entire staff interact with their customers. This is the best insurance company that I have ever dealt with. I enthusiastically rate Bob Gallery and Atlantic Insurance with the highest rating possible.

  Always a friendly employee to help with any questions you have and to get you into the best coverage for your needs at the best price. In this industry you need service. Real people. Forget internet insurance. It will cost you.
  
  A good example of recent service I got was a few weeks ago one of the owners (Rick) took the time to call me to explain an upcoming change to my policy (which was completely out of their hands) so that I wouldn't be caught off-guard. And it wasnt even a big change. I really appreciated his call and the thorough explanation he gave me. I've been with Atlantic for over 20 years. And I'm the type that keeps close watch. This agency can't be beat.
