  Working with Iris Nance's office and her team is truly a pleasure. After running a small business for a few years We have had some bad experiences with other insurance companies, no such experiences here! Her team is always diligent, proactive, efficient and they conduct themselves with common courtesy. To Mrs. Nance, Gabrielle, Emily and those We don't yet have the pleasure of knowing on a first name basis: Thank you for your steadfast help in making our business better! Not knowing where the future will take any of us, We want you to know we are appreciative and grateful for the relationship our companies have.

  For years I enjoyed fast, friendly highly-personalized service from Iris C. Nance Insurance.
  When I had an accident at 10:00 PM, I did not call Iris until the next morning. Her first words were, "Why didn't you call me?" I told her I didn't want to bother her at home. She told me to call at any hour day or night. And you know what? I know she meant it.
  When I forgot to pay my premium until the very day it was due and I was traveling, I called Iris's office and my payment was processed over the phone immediately. I drove all day relieved to know, if anything unexpected happened, I was covered.
  When a tractor trailer threw a rock into my windshield and cracked it, I was covered.
  Iris always, always, always offered me top-notch service.
  No nonsense. She returned every call quickly and was always both professional and my friend.
  Now I live in another state. I get no personal service from my insurance provider. No one returns calls. Nobody cares if I'm OK at 10:00 at night.
  I wish Iris had an office here in Florida. I would NEVER go anywhere else.

  Iris C. Nance is a professional in every sense of the word. She and her staff work tirelessly to serve our Tidewater community. I've been especially impressed with her sincere willingness to help people, work within your budget, and provide needed insurance services or other advice. I've had my insurance with her for many years now and she has provided services, which saved me lots of money and time. Her staff is extremely professional as well.
