  I have never had a renter's insurance policy before. I always thought it was expensive and that I could not afford it. A couple of months ago I was talking to some friends, and they asked me what would happen if the apartment building caught on fire. Would I be able to rebuild my life and replace everything that was lost or would I be on the streets again? I could not answer them. They told me to check out the possibility of getting renters insurance that would help cover the cost of replacing my stuff if there was ever a fire.
  
  I looked into renter's insurance online and saw that I might be able to afford it. There is an insurance agent across the street from me (Walsh Insurance 87 Margin St in Salem MA). I went over to ask about buying insurance from them. I spoke to one of the agents Adam. He was very good at explaining what renter's insurance is and was able to answer all of my questions.

  NEVER have I gotten BETTER service than from the wonderful people here in their Salem office. I have been a customer for more than 20 years. They ALWAYS are helpful and help me make the BEST choices for my insurance needs at the time. Some insurance may be CHEAPER - - but - - check the fine print. I have stayed with John Walsh Insurance for the WONDERFUL service and their efforts to help me get the best deal for the price.
