“I came into this branch to discuss some overdraft fees with which SunTrust had hit me. On walking in I had no idea whom to approach; I hadn't visited that location before. A man named Kenneth McCurdy (at least, that was the name I saw on a name plate on his desk; I hope I got the spelling right) asked if he could help me. I explained that I had deposited money on a certain day, then received an alert from SunTrust indicating (so I understood) that the deposits had been credited to my account, but that when I bought some groceries after I got that alert, it turned out that my deposit had apparenlty NOT been credited yet. (This really disappointed me. I'd never had trouble with SunTrust up until then. Besides, I'm unemployed, so being imposed those fees seemed rather cruel.) Kenneth listened calmly, asked questions, and agreed to reverse the NSF fee charges. Thank you very much, Kenneth. Good luck to you.”
