“Pleasant experience. Professional staff. What I would expect from a national bank. I called the bank prior to my visit to confirm what I needed to do to complete a transaction there. The representative was courteous and helpful. Upon arrival, all things occurred as the rep described it would. I also noticed that teller knew one customer by name. I haven't seen that level of engagement in years. Pros: clean facility, free parking, friendly staff, appropriate ratio of tellers to customers (minimal wait time) Cons: none I'm not a regular customer so i can't speak to that aspect. I didn't observe other clients upset. Overall good experience.”
