My husband and I were searching for both a homeowners and auto insurance policy and we were very happy with the Boizelle/Erie insurance group. We worked closely specifically with Cecelia over several emails and phone calls to get a policy option together before our home closing date. She was not only extremely efficient and easily available to us, but also helpful in getting us the most coverage at the most competitive rate. She is highly organized and coordinated the updates and communication with our loan officer and our previous insurance agents (to cancel our other plans and get us our refunds back). The whole process was very smooth. We would highly recommend Cecelia to anyone looking for a new policy!

Can’t say enough good things about Michelle Boizelle. She has been my agent for three years now and it’s been a stress free situation every single time I have needed something.
She helped me when I needed to renew my annual car policy with changes of address and deductible changes to get me the best value possible. She replies to emails in a timely manner, got on the phone quickly with Erie and even gave me a courtesy call to discuss any questions I may have had personally.
As a woman, it’s important for me to have someone qualified, yet approachable when it comes to all this car insurance nonsense (I know absolutely nothing about cars or deductibles?!)
She’s hands down the best agent I have ever had!
As for Erie, they are an amazing company with great customer service and good prices. Before them I had Progressive and All state which both fell short for the job even when I had a perfect driving record.
It’s during those times when things happen (which is why we get insurance in the first place) that you really test the quality and reliability of your insurance company.
Erie can make any car accident a surprisingly pleasant experience. Which is why I think I will probably have Erie for the rest of my life. I would recommend it to anyone!
