Over all, Allstate was cheaper than our current policies. The great thing is that with Allstate, it gave us more coverage, almost 2x the coverage on some of the liability limits, with less deductible. I was also excited for the accident forgiveness that they offer, because my daughter had an accident that effected my policy with my old company. After years of never having a claim and always paying my policy on time, after 1 fender bender they immediately raised our rates. Overall, Narvel Insurance was very professional and helpful. They took the extra step to help me cancel my old policies, which saved me the aggravation of calling my agent that I had been with for years.
