(December 14, 2017, 8:13 am)You get what you pay for. I have not even signed up yet and already impressed! The people understand boating and instead of insulting my 20 year old boat( like Progressive did and who was complete boating idiots and rude), Tom from UMU was super friendly and informative with my questions. Yes, customer service matters to me. They also automatically covered me for sailing to the Bahamas up to 150 nm offshore. They are not the cheapest but should be considered for quality of service and clear communication and coverage options.
