(June 11, 2018, 10:19 pm)I've been a customer of State Farm since I started driving at age 16. I'm 41 now, so that's 25 years of experience I've accumulated to make an assessment of this office branch. I've moved several times, and don't currently live in Oldham County, but have remained with this particular branch because of the unfailingly positive customer service and quality of service I've received. From the time I had a wreck and got a personal call from Steve Schultz to make sure I was ok and see how he could help, to every time Kathy professionally and proficiently answers the multitude of questions I throw at her, to when Eric Schultz makes a house call to help us feel that we have made the exact right decisions for what we really need out of insurance, I am continually reminded that I have made the right choice in my insurance agents.
(June 8, 2018, 12:12 pm)My family has been with Steve for over 30 years, and now I'm adding my son - pretty cool to have and know the same people for so long. Kathy and Eric are great to work with, and Eric was very helpful when I had a wreck and needed guidance. Highly recommend this office!
