(June 9, 2019, 2:43 pm)I had a situation with my lender and Allstate having mismatched documentation. Connie and Joanne went far beyond my expectations when helping me get the matter resolved. They truly provided personal service and genuinely cared about my situation. I presented the problem and they immediately acted without requiring me to complain or become a "squeaky wheel". I can't remember the last time I worked with a company that provided top notch service like this. They have truly raised the bar with customer service and their actions will resonate with me for quite some time.

She, also, insures my Auto, Renter's, Life & Motorcycles and is quick to answer any concerns or questions that I might have... I am thankful for all they do!
