(January 31, 2019, 5:42 pm)I have been a customer with Nationwide Insurance FOREVER!! And I wouldn't have it any other way!! My father was an Agent, so at a very young age, I was covered by nationwide. After my father's passing Jesse Shipp took over my family's accounts and cared for us just like family!
Nationwide Insurance has been there through all of my life's firsts! My first Job, My first car , My first Life insurance policy , My first renters insurance on my apartment and Insurance on my first home.
Anytime we had an issue or question Jesse , Amanda, and Randy were ALWAYS there to help quickly, and efficiently with a smile! Answered all of my questions, and armed me with information I needed to know in case life happened, I knew was covered. No question!
I have gotten to know Amanda over the last decade or so. I cannot say enough great things about her! She has always been ready to help in anyway she can. She has saved the day helping me and my husband with our different policies. She understands life happens, she gets life throws us curve balls, she is very down to earth, professional, and courteous!
I have had people tell me I could get insurance cheaper elsewhere, and with the options we have as consumers. I most certainly could. However, the coverage wouldn't be the best there is, and other agencies do not have Jessie or Amanda. They really take care of you like you are family... And having that connection, knowing you can speak with a person face to face if needed, or that familiar friendly voice over the phone... in this day an age, to me, its priceless. If you are looking to be taken care of and want a trusted knowledgeable agent with years of experience... Look Up Amanda, Jessie, and Randy. You be glad you did, and you will not regret it. Its comforting to know , they are on my side!

She shopped around and made sure she got us a great rate and great coverage. She is very knowledgeable and took the time to investigate what policy we needed. She not only helped with my mother's insurance but with my home policy. She has made the shopping for insurance experience painless and pleasurable. She is truly a caring person.

Amanda was very professional and knowledgeable. She was very timely from quoting to writing the policies. This was the best experience we’ve had in shopping around for insurance. If you’re looking for a new insurance company definitely give her a call, you will not be disappointed.
