“I am in the middle of a claim process. I usually do not respond to these feedback messages because I did not see any reason to nor was there a reason that warranted it. The claim process is helping me, and making things a whole lot better than they would have other wise if I did not have any type of insurance. There is some things that could be improved on the online part. Its good and doable for just general information(which is practical), but some small sentence examples would make things easier somewhat. That is really the only thing that I would say needing improvement, and that is a minor issue really. I am actually surprised by how fast this was because my experience with other businesses tends to be the opposite most of the time. The reason the rating is not higher is mainly the issue I mentioned previously, but I tend to be a nit picker more often than not at details. If your reading this and wondering if I am a paid person I am not. I would not need to worry about getting to my job on time, and taking the bus would make that very difficult for me to be on time. It is not cheaper to drive, but it sure as heck beats being late and getting fired.”
