And I wasn't happy about this, I wasn't aware that this was allowed by my contract as I received the contract after having my locks changed. However, I have recently submitted a service request for my HVAC and the technician and response from AHS was phenomenal in this aspect. The technician that was sent out was timely, professional and resolved my issues and documented potential and upcoming issues with the corrosion around my unit outside and a building code violation.
