  The staff is super friendly and wait times for a banker are not long. My only complaints are with Sun Trust as a company and nothing against this particular branch.

  We recently moved from Texas, we chose SunTrust because that's the bank my husband's employer uses and we are so pleased with the experience so far. They have been so helpful and nice.

  If you're still looking for a big Bank that's nation- wide with that small town, personal feel, then this is it. My wife and I relocated and had it narrowed down between here and another local bank. We were warmly greeted by the tellers and waited comfortably, drinking coffee, while waiting for an account mgr. A Mr. Dane Hanna invited us into his office and was genuinely interested in getting to know us and making us feel welcome. We stopped our bank search after talking with Dane. We're not millionaires but we work hard for our money and just want a bank to be just as proud of it as we are. We were made to feel comfortable in calling him personally if we had in questions or problems with our account. Other businesses could learn something from this SunTrust branch. The ONLY reason for a 4- star rating is for being closed on Saturday. Not really that big of a deal because of all of the online banking services, but sometimes you'd like to talk with a real human. Overall we were really impressed and look to do all of our banking and loans with this branch.
