(June 21, 2019, 5:21 pm)I started my 5 star experience with a quick, simple online quote. Followed by a call from Nick right after finishing the quote. I headed over to the office and was greeted right away by Nick and his team. They were friendly, professional and explained everything. They were able to save me a good bit from my previous company. I am thankful I switched and would highly recommend Nick and his team.

(January 30, 2019, 9:22 pm)Nick Gardner and his team have far exceeded all of our expectations when we recently switched to a new insurance agency. Kathy has been our main point of contact and is always available to assist with any of our insurance needs. Their customer service is far superior when comparing them to our 3 former incurance agencies, once which was another State Farm Agency. After we set up our new insurance policies, Nick invited us to sit down with him to go over our policies. We really appreciated him spending his time with us and explaining everything on a Saturday. That’s right, they’re open on Saturday, which is another huge bonus.
If you’re looking for a new insurance agent, I highly recommend Nick Gardiner, Kathy and Rachel.
