  I have been using them for the past 6 years and it’s always a wonderful experience. They truly look to save us money every year and I don’t feel like they are always trying to up sell on other services.
  
  They also have a clear understanding of all the various insurance carriers and pretty good and helping us choose which would be best for our family

  As we discussed at Sunday School, Carole and I have been very pleased with Traveler's and the people we have dealt with in our claim. A little background information. We had a car accident on Sunday, October 21. When we got home, I called the 1-800 number to report the accident. I reached a lady by the name of Gabriel who asked for all the pertinent questions and assigned the claim number. She also was very concerned that my wife and I were physically OK and repeatedly expressed concern for our well being. She then gave me the name and number of the adjuster that would be handling our claim. She also answered the many questions that I had because it had been over 50 years since I had been involved with a car accident.
  
  The next day, I contacted Pasha (our adjuster) who informed me what she would be doing to process our claim and what I needed to do to get the car repaired. She also was very concerned that my wife and I were OK and answered all my questions and repeated the necessary steps whenever I asked a question. My wife used the internet to locate a repair close to our home and Pasha approved the shop and told me exactly what I needed to do and to wait for the appraiser. Pasha gave me the name of the appraiser and her contact number. She explained that the appraiser would call and tell me when the appraisal would be done.
  
  The next day, I called Lynn (appraiser) to determine when she might be able to do the estimate. She informed me that she was just minutes away. She arrived and completed the estimate in just minutes -- giving me 2 copies so that I could have one and could provide one to the shop. Lynn then instructed me to take the car to the shop and go to Enterprise to get a rental car. We followed her instruction and drove to the shop and left the car. Enterprise then picked us up and took us to their yard to pick up a car. All this had been previously arranged by Pasha and it was simply a matter of signing the contract and leaving to return home. the estimate said that we should have our car repaired by November 2. On November 2, the shop (Clayton Collision Center) called to say the car was ready. We drove the rental car to Enterprise, a courtesy van took us back to the repair shop and we were on our way home.
  
  In a nut shell, the result was "just as if it never happened"

  A few years ago when home insurance rates were going up and values were down, I called Tim and the whole group was able to get me a lower rate w/a different carrier, and I saved hundreds. Recently I purchased a vehicle, and did not have any auto insurance, in less than 24 hours I was completely covered. Great team and outstanding service !

  I have been doing business with Tim Thompson and Lincoln Insurance Group for almost a decade now. I think the thing that stands out the most to me is that whenever I call to check on my policy, inquire about saving money, or if I'm asking some silly question...the entire staff takes the time to truly HELP. It's awesome knowing I can just call with whatever is on my mind, and I'll get a full explanation that I can understand. Pretty cool...
