(August 14, 2019, 11:42 am)I am so impressed with Andy's service! He is so incredibly efficient and helpful! He takes care of any issues in the shortest time possible! Which is so incredibly helpful! He is so good with keeping up with our family and what is going on in our life. He does a great job of showing professionalism as well as caring on a personal level! Truly a blessing and I would recommend to anyone!

(July 3, 2018, 12:03 pm)Lightning struck our house on Thursday, destroying everything and putting us out of a home for 6 months. The only reason we have our sanity is because of the state farm policy Andy helped us buy. He told us up front that it might not be the cheapest, but it is the most comprehensive and the benefits we have received have far exceeded the costs. We have an amazing clean up and restoration crew helping us out, all coordinated by state farm. They showed up to the fire with a check in hand so that we could buy the basic things we needed to get thru the ordeal ahead of us. They also set us up with housing immediately and are coordinating everything on their end so we don't have to be overwhelmed with the logistics. We've also already had the insurance adjusters come through and give their estimates (the contractor (also arranged by state farm) told us he doesn't think he's ever had an estimate come back that quickly before). They've also already had art restoration, dry cleaning and personal content restoration people come through who have all been nothing short of amazing. All of our needs have been anticipated before we've even had to ask, and it has been a miracle. We couldn't be more thankful to Andy for setting this all up for us and helping us along the way.
(July 3, 2018, 12:00 pm)Andy deserves 10 stars because we are living the horror of a house fire right now and I can say from my own experience, Andy and State Farm are the best there is. Andy was there when the fire was still burning and he and his team haven't just been there for us, but they are anticipating every need we have before we realize we need it. We had money in our hands for anything we needed by the time the blaze was out and haven't had to think about anything at all outside of focusing on healing the emotional trauma we have had to endure.
Andy was great before today, but today, he is an angel. If you think saving money for a cheaper insurance plan is worth it, take that gamble, but I can say with 100% certainty that State Farm is worth every penny. Andy and State Farm are part of our family now and I hope others can learn from our fortune of making the right decision on insurance providers.
Thank you, Andy, Dana, Kurt, and the entire State Farm team for being heroes when we needed them most.
