“I wish I could give this company 0 stars! They are HORRIBLE to work with, unprofessional and down right disappointing. We purchased an acre and let them handle the closing. After we wired all fees, our realtor called the day after and told us Heather who was handling the case gave us the wrong amount and it was actually another 850 bucks we needed to wire again. If that wasn’t enough after we closed we received a statement from the estate we purchased the property in stating that we owed monies for the transfer fees. We called and they said this title company NEVER contacted them and it looked as if we purchased the property without a title company involved. We are looking to purchase more properties and fix and flip homes and Never is an understatement when it comes to use Lake Wales Tile Company again! You guys are incompetent and inefficient! This review is edited! Brandon the owner of the company called my husband up personally to resolve these issues and we are jovial with the outcome! Thank You Brandon!
